πΏArtwork Quality
If the artworkΒ does not match the description or images on our official website, you are eligible forΒ a full refund.
All our artworks are original handcrafted by our artists. Each piece is unique, and slight variations are expected.
πΏShipping Damage:
If your artworkΒ arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement or full refund.
Please provide photos of the damage and packaging for insurance and investigation purposes.
πΏCOMMISSIONEDΒ ARTWORK POLICY
For artworks withΒ customized colors orΒ sizes, returns are not accepted after delivery.
If a return is approved before shipping, aΒ $250 material fee will apply.(You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, but not after you have received your artwork.)
Commissioned artworks are made to order and can not be resold. Thank you for your understanding.

You haveΒ 5 days from receiving your artwork to request a return for any reason.
We will help arrange return shipping. You will only be responsible for theΒ return shipping costs.
πΏIMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
Return request must be submittedΒ within 5 days of receiving the artwork.
The artwork must be in itsΒ original condition and securely packaged(ideally using the original packaging).
You then haveΒ 14 additional days to return the item after your request is approved.
- Return shipping costsΒ will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive the artwork in itsΒ original condition and packaging, we will issue aΒ full refund or exchange.
Please ensure the artwork is carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
