Art production is a loving process, akin to scientific experimentation. Raised in Wyoming, Polson draws inspiration from the region’s geology, creating his ongoing “Strata” series that reflects layers of history within landscapes. His paintings showcase a tactile quality with a unique brushstroke rhythm. Polson has exhibited at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. Additionally, he is an accomplished sculptor and founded Big Air Productions, Inc. in the 90s, creating large-scale works for prestigious companies like Cirque du Soleil™, Disney™, and the Macy’s Day Parade™.
