Contemporary Unique Artwork
Amid layers of wax that trap ancient light, bronzes that whisper human longing, and found treasures reborn as whimsical guardians of the wild — JG Art Gallery’s curated collection becomes a living conversation between memory and mountain, repression and riotous color. As new voices join this chorus of creativity, every fresh arrival reminds us: the most powerful walls are those that invite us not just to look, but to remember, to feel, and to co-create the stories yet to unfold.
Explore our carefully curated art collection online or in our inviting galleries. Each piece is curated for its technical diversity, aesthetic excellence and extraordinary creativity. We encourage you to join us each month for a new exhibition; new artwork and an opening reception with the featured artists onsite. Whether you need an eye-catching addition to your home, a significant work of art to add status to your office, or a special gift, you’ll find something that fits your style. Join us in our artistic journey and let your walls tell the story!
Denise Duong
Painter
Duong has a strong wanderlust, with travel fueling her imagination and artwork. Although she always aspired to be an artist, her expressive style truly developed at the Art Institute of Chicago, influenced more by the city’s urban landscape than by her professors. While waiting for trains, she sketched her surroundings. Her mixed media has evolved from large sketches with textured papers to incorporating pen and watercolor, enabling her to create while traveling. Her drawings reflect her environment, driven by her constant need for new experiences. Duong credits the world with friendships and artistic growth that would not have happened otherwise.
Lorri Acott
Sculptor
Lorri Acott’s sculptures capture universal dreams and emotions through stylized gestures, reflecting love, hope, empowerment, and peace. Her bronzes are cherished in collections across the U.S. and internationally, eliciting strong emotional responses. Living in Colorado, Lorri channels her creativity into monumental works, with public installations in multiple states, including Iowa and Arizona.
She explains, “Sculpture has become my voice, revealing thoughts from my soul. These pieces resonate with viewers, becoming part of their stories.”
Barbara Duzan
Mixed media
I view my art as a journal, collecting “treasures” like seed pods, shells, and rocks while hiking. These items inspire my creations, reflecting my impressions of nature. I focus on animals to express my fascination, aiming to capture their unique gestures and expressions in clay for bronze. My art conveys beauty and whimsy, enticing viewers to engage with it. I also craft unique animal head sculptures adorned with mosaic patterns made from found objects. These represent camouflage but also showcase my love for color and organic shapes.
