Please read these terms carefully before purchasing artwork from JG Art Gallery + Events. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Artwork Purchases

All artwork sold through JG Art Gallery + Events is original work by represented artists. Prices are in USD. Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and wire transfer for works over $5,000.

Authenticity & Provenance

Every work sold by JG Art Gallery + Events is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. We stand behind the provenance of every piece in our collection.

Shipping & Delivery

Artwork is shipped professionally packed and insured for the full purchase price. Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days for domestic shipments. International shipping is available by arrangement.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where required by law. Washington state sales tax applies to all Bainbridge Island gallery purchases. Utah sales tax applies to Park City purchases. Online sales tax is applied per destination state where we have nexus.

Installation

We offer art installation services for significant purchases within the Puget Sound and Park City areas. Please inquire at time of purchase for availability and pricing.

Intellectual Property

All images of artwork on this website remain the intellectual property of the respective artists. Images may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission from the gallery and the artist.
