Set your screen once. Hold a bank card against the screen and slide until the orange outline matches its width.

This is the photograph at true size, for placing it in your room with your phone. Its sides and back will appear here after the studio capture — we will not invent them.

The surface under moving light

This view is built only from real photographs of the work, each lit from a different angle, so you can move the light yourself and watch the real surface answer. It is being captured in the studio and will appear here. Until then we show nothing rather than an imitation.

“I judge a piece to be successful if it makes the viewer smile and want to reach out to touch it.”— Amy Ferron

A garden border seen straight on: stems rising from the bottom edge, seed heads and blooms cut from paper and layered over a painted sky of blue and gold. Ferron paints or prints her ground first and then builds the plants on top, each leaf and petal a separate cut shape — the edges stay hard, which is why the flowers sit forward of the sky rather than in it. Coral and orange forms cluster low; everything above them is silhouette.
