Portals

Three private rooms.

Beyond the public gallery, three portals serve the people who work with JG Art Gallery directly. Collectors track every piece they own, with the full research file attached. Represented artists see their sales and statements as they happen. Design professionals access trade pricing and project tools. Access is granted by the gallery, not self-signup.

For Collectors

Collector Portal

Your acquisitions, in one place. Every work you own from JG Art Gallery, with its full provenance research file, exhibition history, condition notes, and care instructions. Add works from outside the gallery to track your full collection.

  • Owned-works ledger with provenance file per piece
  • Certificate of Authenticity, condition reports, conservation notes
  • First-look on new works before public release
  • Private viewing requests and personal-curation conversations
  • Wishlist with save-and-notify on availability
  • Three tiers — Free (5 pieces), Standard ($19/mo, 25 pieces), Curator ($49/mo, unlimited). JG-acquired pieces are tracked free regardless of tier.

For Represented Artists

Artist Portal

Where the gallery meets you on the other side of the room. See sales as they happen, pull statements on demand, request payouts, share kit assets, and track which works are placed in viewing rooms or trade projects.

  • Real-time sales notifications when a work places
  • Statement of account with downloadable PDF history
  • Payout requests and payment history
  • Share kit — high-res files, press copy, embeds for personal site
  • Inventory status per work (available, on hold, in viewing room, sold)
  • Insights on inquiry volume and audience reach for your works

For represented and invited artists. Credentials provided at onboarding.

For Trade Professionals

Trade Portal

Designers, architects, art consultants, and corporate procurement work with JG through the Trade Portal — discounted pricing, project quotes, conservator access, and coordinated delivery to single or multiple sites.

  • 15% professional courtesy on most works (some artist contracts excluded; flagged in advance)
  • Project quotes — three or more works for the same project
  • Conservator and framing-partner network at cost
  • Provenance research team available for client deliverables
  • Coordinated multi-site delivery and installation logistics

Why three doors, not one

Different relationships, different tools.

Collectors, artists, and trade professionals each work with the gallery for different reasons and need different things. Lumping them into one "members area" forces compromises that hurt all three. Three rooms keeps each one purpose-built. The data layer underneath is shared — the same artwork record, the same provenance file, the same canonical record — but the surface each person sees is built around the questions they're actually asking.

Gallery Staff

  • Consignment payouts and artist splits
  • Inquiry queue and collector management
  • Accounting ledger, tax summaries, and reports

Not sure which door is yours?

If you've acquired a work from us, you're a collector — write to us and we'll send credentials. If you're a represented artist with a question about the portal, your gallery contact is the fastest path. If you're new to the trade program, start with the Trade Program page.
