A lop-eared rabbit sitting square, ears fallen either side of the face, four and a half inches high. Duzan models the loose fold where the ear leaves the skull with real accuracy — it is the thing that makes a lop read as a lop — and keeps the surface soft-textured throughout with no sharp edge anywhere. The patina is warm grey-brown, and the animal is doing nothing at all. That is the whole piece and it is enough.
