I build my grounds from worn surfaces and distressed textures — soft, familiar, like a wall that has held memory for generations. Here, a bouquet of peonies, white blossoms, and warm amber blooms rises from that aged pink ground, edged in gold leaf, while the teal and green of the foliage cuts through as the modern, unexpected note. Gentle old meets dynamic new.
