A figure strides left through bare golden trees with a full moon behind, its coat violet, snow or seed falling through the whole picture. Duong builds her surfaces from acrylic, cut paper and drawing together, and the trees here are papered and then drawn back into. The head is turned to us while the body keeps walking, which is the exact posture of the title.
