A figure bends forward under a dark sphere held in both hands, with a mass of red and orange worked across the shoulders like something settling there. The weight is small and the posture is total — Acott gets the whole bend from the hips through the neck. Number thirteen of a forty-nine piece edition, and the size of that edition says something about how many people she expected to recognise the feeling.
