Meditative
A woman in a black two-piece seated on a blue sheet, knees drawn up and wrapped in her arms, head bowed. Sixteen by twenty inches, oil on canvas. The cream wall behind her is laid in thick, visible strokes, and small gold scrolls are scattered across the blue. A quiet picture made from very few colours.
