Charissa Brock

A continuous spiraling form made of heat-treated, split, and heat-bent tiger bamboo and fused glass. Carefully stitched together with waxed linen thread. Displayed on a walnut stand. "Spira Penna" echos shell-like forms found at the bottom of the ocean and under rocks and leaves in gardens. Care This piece can be lightly dusted with canned air or a feather duster. Should not be exposed to continuous bright sunlight (such as being displayed in a window).
