We collect information you provide directly — including name, email address, and communication preferences when you contact us, subscribe to our mailing list, or make a purchase. We also collect information automatically when you visit our website, including pages viewed, links clicked, and email open and click events.

How We Use Your Information

Meta Platform Data (JG Social Scheduler)

The JG Social Scheduler application connects to the Meta Graph API to publish content to JG Art Gallery Instagram and Facebook accounts. This application acts solely on behalf of JG Art Gallery + Events and does not collect, store, or share data from any Meta user other than the gallery's own authorized administrators. We do not sell or share Meta platform data with third parties. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to publish gallery content.

Email Communications

We send marketing emails to subscribers who have provided their email address to JG Art Gallery + Events. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We track email opens and clicks to measure campaign effectiveness; this data is used only for internal analytics and is not shared with third parties.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses standard web server logs and may use cookies for functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Our email tracking uses a 1×1 pixel image served from track.jgartgallery.com to record when emails are opened.

Data Retention

We retain contact information for as long as necessary to maintain our relationship with you or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To unsubscribe from email communications, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly.

Third-Party Services

We use Hostinger for website hosting and email delivery. We use the Meta Graph API for social media publishing. These services have their own privacy policies.
