Aletheia and Bedtime Story
A wide aqua field carrying three figures drawn in a single continuous black line — a reclining nude at the centre, a long-eared beast beside her, and a running figure at the right pursued by a smaller one. The line never lifts and never thickens. Behind it the ground shifts between plain turquoise, combed white wave patterns and fields of violet and gold discs. Two titles joined by an 'and': truth in the Greek sense and a story told to a child, which are not obviously the same thing and are laid out here as though they might be.
