Eternity #121
Two and a half feet across: a green wall dominating the left, a red and umber tower to the right, corrugated eaves cutting across a pale sky. The green is the event — a single flat plane with a visible drip running down it, left where it fell. Parasnis catches each painting's colour harmony in one session and calls that catching the soul of the picture, though he may work the canvas for months afterwards. The structures are borrowed from real buildings and then tilted until they stop being any particular place.
