Holdfast To Your Dreams
Underwater: kelp and seaweed rising from a dark seabed toward turquoise light, with small pink and coral forms low down. A holdfast is the root-like structure that anchors kelp to rock, so the title is a plant term before it is an exhortation. Ferron has written that Salish seaweeds move gently through a dark seabed and bull kelp dance as they seek sunlight, and this is that sentence made into a picture.
