Two years on Winslow Way. The 2nd Anniversary Show was an inventory of what JG Art Gallery had become in two years of programming on Bainbridge Island — the artists added, the voice developed, the argument sharpened. The show brought together work from across the roster.
By the second anniversary, JG had established a program distinct from what had existed before — a point of view, a curatorial standard, a roster that reflected genuine relationships with artists found through studio visits, art walks, and recommendations. The show was an occasion to look at what the gallery had built. Works remain available.
